Renters must provide a 48-hour written notice for changes or cancellations to their Reservation. Any cancellations within 48 hours or no shows for the Reservation result in the forfeiture of the Reservation & any monies paid. Any cancellations that occur prior to 48-hours to the Reservation will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked or the dollar amount of hours booked (Half Day, Partial Day or Full Day reservations) that can be applied towards a future Reservation of our Studio. Half Day, Partial Day or Full Day Reservations’ hours cannot be split up and used separately. Credits expire after 365 days. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
We love pets, but need to know about them prior to their arrival. So make sure you let us know all about your fur-friend ahead of time! Please also remember to bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet.
Maximum of 8 people at any one time in the Renter’s party, unless Renter books an Event. Maximum capacity of 20 Guests per Event (not 21, 22, 23 etc etc etc).
FOOD & DRINK
Feel free to bring in any food or drink into the Studio. We just ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in our Studio. Please keep any and all food & drink inside our Warehouse. We do ask that you clean up after yourselves as well (do not leave empty cans/bottles/food in our Warehouse/Studio space).
Please make sure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time of your Reservation. Renters hosting Events won’t have the ability to come in any earlier than 10 minutes before their Reservation start time and must be out by their Reservation end time.
There is ample parking at the Sugar Creek compound (in front of our Warehouse), however, please be aware that we also have a RV/Trailer/Boat Storage Facility on-site as well. Please do not park in any of the covered parking areas or any areas notated by “Numbered” Parking Signs.
